Service deliverables may vary depending on project requirements and agreed proposals.

Project Initiation

A project will commence only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

All project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and scope will be defined before work begins.

Payments & Billing

Clients agree to pay all fees according to the approved quotation or proposal.

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Remaining balances must be cleared before final project files are delivered.

• Delayed payments may result in project suspension.

• Additional work outside the approved scope will be billed separately.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project proposal.

Requests that significantly alter the approved scope, objectives, or deliverables may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on the availability of required content, approvals, and client feedback.

Delays in providing information, approvals, or assets may affect delivery schedules.

SKS Studio will not be held responsible for timeline extensions caused by client-side delays.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SKS Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, marketing materials, and promotional content.

Third-party assets, fonts, stock images, plugins, or software licenses remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.

Website & Digital Services

For websites and digital platforms:

• Clients are responsible for domain registration, hosting fees, and third-party subscriptions unless explicitly included.

• Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support require a separate agreement.

• SKS Studio is not responsible for outages caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, or third-party services.

Search, Marketing & Advertising Services

While we implement industry best practices for SEO, GEO, AEO, performance marketing, and advertising campaigns, specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Results may vary based on competition, industry conditions, budgets, algorithms, and external factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and content.

• Respond to feedback requests promptly.

• Supply necessary approvals and assets.

• Ensure they have legal rights to any content supplied.

SKS Studio shall not be liable for issues arising from inaccurate or unauthorized materials provided by clients.

Limitation of Liability

SKS Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of our services, website, or deliverables.

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Confidentiality

All client information, project materials, and business details shared with SKS Studio will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly, and any outstanding payments will remain due.
